| Yoga has become a discipline in my life that has helped me realize the importance to balance body, mind, and spirit. It has made me stronger physically, sharper mentally, and more intuitive with God spiritually. Each breath we take connects us to nature and it's surroundings. In nature there is always a balance and a positive to every negative. | Tina has a sense of "knowing" what will benefit the class - collectively and individually. | Tina's class provided a welcoming atmosphere for learning asanas for energy, flexibility, balance, and a bit of strengthening.
